My 7 Fashion Favorites from the 2015 Grammy Awards

I have always been a music junkie, so much so it’s a wonder why I’ve never pursued it {never mind the fact that I don’t sing, dance to the beat of my own drums and cannot play an instrument (or, at least, remember how to)}. Although, I was in the marching and concert bands in high school and can literally say, “That one time at band camp…”

Last night was the Grammy Awards, music’s biggest night. There were some great performances and others I was underwhelmed by.  The same could be said about the fashion. Here are my favorite fashion moments from the Grammys.

1. Madonna {in custom Givenchy} – I’ve always been a fan of Madonna. This look is very Parisian to me (well, duh, it’s Givenchy) with a Madonna twist.

2/3/4. Este Haim, Danielle Haim, and Alana Haim – This is a great combination because they all stand out, yet the styles are very simple. They all have individual looks, but coordinate well.

5. Annie Lennox – I loved the classic and stylish look of this black dress. It’s so timeless. And, did anyone else see Annie Lennox’s performance last night? She.Killed.It!

6. Rihanna {in Giambattista Valli Haute Couture} – I imagine Rihanna must have felt like a baby doll or one of those ballerina dolls in a jewelry box. This dress is so fun and frivolous that it’s hard not to love.

7. Gwen Stefani {in Atelier Versace} – Gwen’s style typically harbors between California cool and rock star chic with a bit of diva. You know, something like this.
